Question 1: Do you make other items, which aren’t listed on the website?

Answer: Yes, we happily accept any custom commissions, such as bespoke measurements and additions such as doors, shelves, and any other ideas you would like to incorporate. Feel free to email or call us with your ideas or requirements and we will provide a tailored quote.

Question 2: Can I collect my items in person?

Answer: Yes, of course. You are welcome to arrange a time to collect any items from us that you wish to purchase. You will then be able to save any courier costs. In addition, if you are happy to collect the items without any packaging, we will be able to pass on this saving as well as giving us both the satisfaction of helping the environment too!

Question 3: Can I have matching items for my garden?

Answer: Yes. We are in the process of designing and adding more items constantly. In the meantime, do contact us with any requirements you have. We have made custom matching items for clients such as garden sheds, kennels, planters, window boxes and various other bespoke garden storage solutions.

Question 4: What is the benefit of gluing as well as nailing/screwing the components?

Answer: All of our products are made using the highest quality external grade fixings which have been treated to withstand the test of time (and British weather!) However, using glue as well, where possible, ensures that the products will remain in original condition, should the fixings ever fail.

Question 5: How will my items arrive?

Answer: Our garden storage solutions are designed to be delivered flat packed so that they can be constructed, once received. They are very simple to assemble and we provide detailed photographic instructions. If you have any queries during the assembly of your items, we are just on the end of the phone or an email.

Question 6: Do I need to treat the items in any way?

Answer: No, the wood we use is fully treated for external use and requires no further applications. Of course you are welcome to paint or stain the items any way you wish. You will see that we do offer some painted versions within our product range and will happily accept commissions for painted or stained items. Do feel free to contact us for any advice on the recommended types of paint or stain, or with any ideas which you would like us to bring to life!

Question 7: What colour is the treatment used on the wood?

Answer: The treatment initially leaves the wood with a light green tinge. This green colour will fade, however, to reveal the wood’s natural browns. The green fades particularly quickly in strong sunlight.

Question 8: What kind of aftercare do you offer?

Answer: We are always available, should you require any support or help with assembly etc. If you receive an item which has been damaged in transit, or does not fully fit the description, we will happily replace it or offer a refund if you would prefer.

Question 9: Are your prices negotiable?

Answer: We strive to offer the best possible prices for our items and therefore, unfortunately the margins do not allow for reductions on single items. It may be possible to offer reductions on multiple items, as it is often more time efficient to make items in larger batches and we can pass the savings on to you. This may apply if you would like to buy different items in our range, or would like to order bespoke matching items for your garden/home.
