Charmed Wood Returns Policy


If you have any issue with one of our products, or would like to make a
return and seek a refund, then please contact us, we are keen to hear from you asap.




Deadline

You can return for any reason at all for up to 10 working days after receipt of the goods.



Return Carriage and Cost

We will arrange, and pay for, return carriage for any items that are faulty (to include items which are damaged in transit by our courier).


Other Reason for Return

For returns which are not faulty (such as a change of mind, or bought in error), you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us in good condition. We are happy to arrange for return using our courier if you are happy with the cost they quote. The cost of the original delivery (not including our time or packaging) will also be deducted from the full refund.

For customised projects, we can only accept returns for items which have arrived faulty or damaged. In this case we will of course arrange, and pay for, return carriage.
